What's Cello?›
Cello is a genetic circuit CAD tool that compiles Boolean logic into synthesizable DNA. Built at MIT, it's the de-facto standard for engineering genetic circuits. Our endpoint wraps the compiler in a simple API call.
What chassis are supported?›
E. coli, S. cerevisiae (yeast), B. subtilis, and mammalian cell lines. Each chassis has different codon preferences and regulatory elements. The predict-expression endpoint handles chassis-specific optimization.
How accurate is DeepCRISPR?›
On published benchmarks, DeepCRISPR scores correlate well with experimental CRISPR activity. But always validate top candidates experimentally — off-target effects are a spectrum, not a binary.
Does this replace benchling / snapgene?›
No. Those are CAD tools for humans. SciRouter is the inference layer underneath them. Use SciRouter to auto-score 10,000 candidate guides, then hand the top 20 to Benchling for annotation and ordering.
