How owner pricing actually works
We make money when vet practices subscribe and when owners choose paid services. Most owners never pay us anything — and that's fine. The vet seats and per-case services cover the platform; the free portal is the hook for the workspace effect.
Pet insurance carriers reimburse most of the per-case services where applicable. We surface the estimated reimbursement on every line item before you commit.

Pricing is the early-access version. Once we've closed our seed round and have enrolled the first 1,000 dogs, we'll re-evaluate; any pricing change gets at least 30 days advance notice and never increases for accounts created before the change.
