SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP

 

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

 

Standard shipping is free on US orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order.

 

PROCESSING TIME

 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer; we will let you know if there is a meaningful delay.

 

DELIVERY TIME

 

Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by carriers.

 

ORDER TRACKING

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email hello@scirouter.ai as soon as possible; we can usually correct an address before the order ships, but we cannot reroute a package once it is in transit.

 

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

 

If your tracking has not updated for several days, your package appears lost, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@scirouter.ai with your order number and we will make it right.
