3D equivariant diffusion for pocket-conditioned molecule generation
DiffSBDD is an equivariant diffusion model that generates 3D molecules directly inside a protein pocket. Unlike SMILES-based generators (REINVENT), DiffSBDD produces geometry-aware candidates with realistic bond angles, distances, and conformations.
