For researchers
Free programmatic access to Sci-JEPA v1.0 (a 1.8B-parameter cross-modal disease, protein, and compound embedding model), DarkScan V2 (the neoantigen pipeline), and our growing canine genomic + clinical atlas. Cite as infrastructure; cohort access available on request, IRB-permitting.
Available
Atlas
Query Sci-JEPA for the closest analogs to your disease, protein, or compound of interest — across canine, feline, equine, bovine, murine, and human ontologies.
Pipeline
Run end-to-end neoantigen discovery on your own canine cohort. The same pipeline that produces our case studies.
Tools
Protein structure (ESMFold), molecular properties (RDKit), docking (DiffDock, Boltz-2), antibody folding (ImmuneBuilder), and 40+ more — exposed as MCP tools.
Cohort access
Aggregate, de-identified canine tumor + clinical data from our institutional partner network. IRB-permitting; case-by-case approval.
Citation
For Sci-JEPA v1.0 results, please cite the model card (DOI forthcoming with the v1.0 preprint). For DarkScan V2 results, please include the run ID + model version from your provenance ledger entry. We track citations and will list yours on the science pages when the paper publishes.
